At Wadgee, we believe getting your favorite products should be as easy and reliable as using them. Every order is packed with care and shipped right to your door — fast, simple, and stress-free.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
At this time, we’re unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, but we hope to expand soon!
Please note: we’re not able to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses — a standard street address is required for delivery.
Processing & Delivery Times
● Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
● Once shipped, deliveries usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
● Because we ship from Maryland, customers on the East Coast often receive their orders a bit sooner, while West Coast shipments may take slightly longer in transit.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey home.

We like to keep things simple and transparent with flat-rate shipping so there are no surprises at checkout!

Carriers
We ship using USPS and UPS, selecting the best option based on your location and order size to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
Auto-Ship Orders
Some things are just too good to run out of — that’s why we offer Auto-Ship for your favorite items.
With Auto-Ship, you only pay when your order ships, and you’re in complete control from your Wadgee account. You can:
● Adjust ship dates or frequency
● Update scents or sizes
● Skip a shipment
● Or cancel anytime — it’s all up to you!
It’s the easiest way to stay stocked up and stress-free.
Order Issues
If your package seems delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn’t show up as expected, please contact us at help@wadgee.com.
Once your package has been shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier — and while Wadgee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after they leave our facility, we’ll still do what we reasonably can to help.
If you let us know as soon as there’s an issue, we’ll reach out to the carrier on your behalf and assist with locating the package or filing a claim. Although we can’t guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items, we promise to always be on your side and do our best to make things right.
Shipping Delays & Weather Disruptions
We do our best to ensure every order arrives on time, but sometimes delays can occur due to factors beyond our control — such as severe weather, carrier backlogs, or holiday surges.
If your order is delayed, please rest assured that we’re monitoring things closely and will do what we reasonably can to keep you updated and supported.
