Product & Curation

How do you choose which products to carry?

There are so many factors that go into choosing the right products for our little ones. It can be overwhelming to try to pick the "right" ones out of the thousands that are available. 

Wadgee teams up with early childhood experts, including pediatricians, pediatric dentists, feeding specialists, and sleep specialists, to verify that each product we offer is both safe and developmentally appropriate for your baby. 

We also personally research each and every brand we carry to ensure there are no safety violations or recalls on any products.

Why do you have fewer options than other retailers?

We try to offer a thoughtful variety of useful products because we understand that every baby is different. What works for one may not work for another. 

What we don’t want is to leave you doom-scrolling through hundreds of nearly identical options until you hit decision fatigue (and maybe regret-buy something at 2 a.m.). 

Instead, we keep things simple. Our smaller, hand-picked collection takes the stress out of shopping, so you can find what works for your family without spending hours second-guessing.

Are your products organic/natural/eco-friendly?

We think it would be a beautiful world if every product offered for our children were also organic, natural, and eco-friendly. However, the fact of the matter is that those products are more costly to produce, which makes them more expensive for parents.

We recognize that these products are not in everyone's budget, and we are a company that supports ALL families. So, while we do carry many products that meet these requirements and encourage you to shop as sustainably as possible, we also provide more budget-friendly options that may not meet the strict organic/natural/eco-friendly criteria.

However, all of our products are still safe and trusted—you can feel good about giving them to your baby. And rest assured that we are doing everything possible on our end to minimize our carbon footprint and operate ethically and sustainably.

What age range do your products cover?

We carry products for babies straight out of the womb up to about 2 years old (and helpful stuff for moms in their 4th trimester). We also organize products by developmental milestones, so you can shop based on what your baby is actually doing. 

Babies are notorious for not listening to the age guidelines on product packaging, and all hit their milestones on their own timelines.

Can I request specific products or brands?

What’s the difference between buying on Wadgee vs. Amazon or other retailers?

Amazon and other big retailers give you every option. That often means thousands of choices, endless scrolling, and reviews that may not always feel trustworthy. The decision fatigue is real.

Wadgee gives you the best options. Every product is curated and vetted by parents and experts. Instead of algorithms, you get a thoughtful, trusted selection of baby-safe essentials.

Are your product recommendations influenced by paid partnerships?

No. We don’t allow paid partnerships to dictate what’s recommended. Our recommendations are based on safety, usefulness, and parent feedback, so you can trust that what you see is what we’d give to our own families.

Are you planning to add more product categories?

Yes! We may be small right now, but we are growing right alongside your little ones. Our goal is to expand into more product categories so that you can find everything your family needs as it grows, without losing the trust, care, and thoughtful curation that make Wadgee, Wadgee.

How often do you add new products?

All the time! We are always on the lookout for new products to add to our collection. We do a formal inventory review every month, but if we spot something that parents really need, we'll add it sooner.

Shopping & Ordering

What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

We like to keep things simple and transparent with flat-rate shipping, so that there are no surprises at checkout.

  • Orders under $40 have $4.99 shipping
  • Orders over $40 come with free shipping

Your shipping rate will automatically adjust at checkout based on your total

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and once shipped will usually arrive within 3-7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders totaling $100 or more before tax in the continental US. 

What is your return policy?

We allow returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. In order to receive a full refund, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all original tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and shipping is non-refundable.

We inspect each order before shipping; however, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please reach out to us at help@wadgee.com to resolve any issues you may have with your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Wadgee only ships to the continental US at this time.
